Testing, testing…

Cathkidstonpicture0405Yep. I’m still here. Been slack this week and a little distracted by back-tack signups. We still have room so get your lazy asses over there and sign up. Go on, you know you want to.

So what have I been up to? This, n’ that. Some fabric arrived that I’ll talk about later (you’ll be charmed). Also a couple of Japanese craft books arrived (one is for me and one is a gift). Head on over to Hilary’s site for a list of her books and ISBN’s, go through the comments on this post to see other’s links and suggestions. Very helpful if you have a Japanese craft book obsession!

I’d recently found some Cath Kidston wrapping paper (it’s a print of one of her fabrics) and thought it would look good framed (that’s how cheap I can be!). Ikea frame and Cath paper. Not the best photo, but I’m pretty happy with the result.

Cool work- I love cheap but effective! and I wish I had more time for all the possible crafty pursuits you keep on making me aware of… Why are the Japanese so good at crafty stuff?
