Gocco swap tarred and feathered.

I’m participating in another of Sarah’s Gocco swaps. This time the theme is "Art of the Note", link. I’ve come up with a framed rooster. Why? I dunno. I know I wanted a silhouetted image and I wanted to print onto some vintage magazines. So I made a little work for myself, I printed the chickens onto vintage magazines separately to printing the frame onto the notecards. I could have stuck the magazine paper to the cards first and then printed the frame and chicken together in one pass….nope, I did it the hard way. Still, I’m happy with the result. So I’m getting The Son to help me with chicken cutting. I downloaded the frame from this website and changed it slightly.

I also printed some fabric patches whilst I had the Gocco out.

Thanks again Sarah for organising these swaps, so much fun!

    Hi
Thank you for the cards, I got them yesterday, however I was in GRoup 1, and yo were NOT in my list of people to send to! I’m more than happy to post what I have left, but they might not be that great. But I want to send something!
What would you prefer? Kind regards
    Claire
