About the pattern

Dishy Pinnie is a super fun pincushion pattern. The hexagon pattern can be English paper pieced together OR hand sewn (there's a link in the pattern to show how to hand sew hexagons together). Go thrifting for a suitable bowl or dish to make your own Dishy Pinnie. Digging through scraps to find the perfect print to fussy cut for the pincushion is a huge part of the fun of making a Dishy Pinnie.

The Dishy Pinnie's pictured on the cover of the pattern are made with Tilda Creating Memories fabrics. This collection features a delightful mix of sweet, small-scale prints and beautifully textured wovens.

The collection is divided into four seasonal colour stories. Each story can stand alone or be mixed and matched for a charming, scrappy look. The Creating Memories collection will become part of the Tilda Basics line, ensuring these lovely designs are always available.
