Let's get wrapped in love with Loventwined quilt
Share
Loventwined quilt started out as a small sketch and a much more elaborate design with curves and applique over a few years ago... and then it evolved to what it is now. I will definitely be making the original sketch version one day, but for now I'm super happy with this version of Loventwined. This quilt wasn't actually designed with Galentine or Valentine's in mind, but with LOVE. I absolutely see this being a gorgeous wedding quilt gift, or new baby (check out the layouts below) or make yourself your own gift of love quilt.

This quilt is fat quarter and charm square friendly if you want to make a scrap version like mine, Scrappy Fizz, or you could go for the Be My Valentine or Over the Rainbow palettes or make your own! The pattern has yardage calculations for 3 sizes and 3 colourways.

Loventwined Quilt - 3 sizes
Due to the nature of the design, the original 'love knot' design is only fully available in the 80" x 80" design. There is also a throw size, 56" x 64" and a baby, 40 x 48", see the end of this post for images. All are very sweet designs, and fun, straight forward patchwork that machine sews together. The pattern will include colouring sheets, cutting charts, how-to for single half square triangles, as well as 2 at a time and construction tips and tricks.

Loventwined as pictured here was longarmed by Carol at The Quilting Cottage and she designed 'Nic's Heart' specifically for this quilt and I love this panto! If you're a Gammill user this panto is available on the pattern cloud.
