Cancellation policy

If you purchase a product from Craftapalooza Designs using a “purchase option” (also called a selling plan), your order may include recurring billing (for example, a subscription) and/or deferred billing (for example, a scheduled charge date). The exact price, billing frequency, and charge dates are shown at checkout.

  1. How to cancel
    You can cancel a purchase option in either of these ways:
  • By logging into your customer account on craftapalooza.com (if account management is available for that purchase option), then selecting the relevant order or subscription and choosing Cancel; or
  • By emailing us with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and requesting cancellation.
  1. When cancellations take effect
  • Subscription / recurring orders: cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to ensure the next payment is not processed. If a charge has already been processed, that payment will stand and your cancellation will apply to future charges.
  • Deferred / scheduled-charge orders (including pre-orders): you may request cancellation any time before dispatch. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are not possible. (Craftapalooza Designs)
  1. Refunds and digital items
  • PDF patterns and other digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased, even if you later cancel a purchase option. (Craftapalooza Designs)
  • If your purchase option includes both digital and physical components, cancellation will stop future scheduled billings and/or shipments, but any delivered digital items remain non-refundable. (Craftapalooza Designs)
  1. Physical items (where applicable)
    If you cancel before dispatch and no digital items have been delivered as part of that purchase option, we will refund any payments taken for undelivered physical items (to the extent permitted by law). If an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. (Craftapalooza Designs)
  2. Failed payments
    If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge automatically. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause, delay, or cancel the purchase option and any future deliveries until payment is successfully processed.
  3. Changes to purchase options
    We may update or discontinue purchase options from time to time. If a change affects an active purchase option, we will provide information through your customer account and/or the email address used at checkout.
  4. Your consumer rights
    Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. (Craftapalooza Designs)
