3. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise noted.
  • Australia: GST is included where applicable.
  • United States: Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties, tariffs, and import taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your order total. No further fees are due on delivery.
  • Other International Orders: Orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). Local duties, VAT/GST, tariffs, or fees are payable by you at delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Remedies under the ACL apply in addition to these Terms.
