Shipping policy

We’re based in Perth, Western Australia (AWST) and ship orders worldwide.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding WA public holidays.
Processing time is typically 2–3 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Destinations & Duties

Australia – Orders ship via Australia Post by Express Post.

United States (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid) – All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties, tariffs, and applicable taxes are collected at checkout and included in your order total. You won’t be charged extra at delivery.

Other International Orders (DAP – Delivered At Place) – Orders outside Australia and the USA are shipped DAP. Local duties, VAT/GST, tariffs, or customs fees may be charged by your country on delivery. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Digital Products (PDF Patterns & Downloads)

PDF patterns and other digital products are delivered by instant download and/or email, so no physical item will be shipped and no shipping charges apply to digital-only orders.

Due to the nature of digital products, all PDF and digital pattern sales are final and non-refundable once the order is completed, except where required by law (including under Australian Consumer Law). Please check your cart carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your files (for example, a corrupted file or download link problem), contact us with your order number so we can help resolve it.

Carriers

We ship primarily with Australia Post.

Customs & Delays

USA DDP shipments clear customs in advance; delays are rare.
For other destinations, your customs authority may hold parcels for inspection. These delays are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (include photos of packaging and product). We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
