What skill levels are these patterns for?

Patterns in the calendar range from beginner to intermediate, offering something for every quilter. Plus, the step-by-step instructions included in the patterns make even the more complex designs easy to follow.

Can I gift a calendar?

Absolutely! The 2025 Patchwork Calendar makes the perfect gift for the quilting enthusiast in your life. And with so many extra offers included, they’ll be enjoying it long after the year is over.

Once you have completed the gift purchase please email shopATcraftapalooza.com with your order number and the Name and Email of the recipient and we will set up their gift order and send the details back to you together with a PDF digital gift card you can print or email them so they can access the PDF’s after you have gifted the calendar to them.

What happens after I have purchased the calendar?

Once the purchase is completed you will see a download button on screen. If you don't see it, a link to download the calendar PDF pattern files is also emailed to you.

Check your inbox for an email from nicATcraftapalooza.com. There will be two emails from us; one is a receipt and the other will be the download email. Please get in touch if you have any issues accessing the PDF files we will make sure you receive what you have purchased.

Is it a printed calendar or printed patterns, I’m confused.

Very simply. When you order the Patchwork Calendar you will receive a printed calendar and immediate access to the pdf patterns to download and keep and use for all of the quilts included in the printed calendar.

How do I order, which option do I choose?

If you live in Canada or the USA, please choose the option labelled as such. This option comes in Letter and Ledger sizes.

If you live in Australia, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Oceania or rest of world, please choose that option. This option comes in A4 or A3 sizes.

There is no difference between the two options (Rest of World or Canada/USA) other than the printing location and the sizes.

Orders that do not choose the correct option for their region will be cancelled and corrected to the appropriate delivery region.

How is the printed calendar produced?

The calendar is printed on demand at the best location for your delivery address. This is to allow for prompt delivery.

Please take care to use the correct delivery address as print and production is very efficient. You will receive a shipping tracking number to track your order delivery.

The onus is on the purchaser (you) to track your order, missed deliveries are not the responsibility of The Patchwork Calendar.

What are the specifications of the printed calendar?

Printed two sided, 7 sheets/leaves in total.

The wire binding has a hook for easy hanging.

Please note the wire binding colour could be metallic, black, or white depending on availability and is not an option that can be chosen.

How long do I have access to the PDF patterns?

Access to the PDF’s will be until 1 January 2025. After this date the pdf’s will be taken down.

If you have gifted the calendar for Christmas, this will also give the recipient time to download the files.
